Recruitment of an apprentice

Aspire is involved with a large network of primary, secondary and independent schools with the aim of creating meaningful job opportunities in their local community.

Aspire provides a completely FREE recruitment service which includes, advertising, shortlisting, pre-screen interviews before sending candidates for a final interview with the school. On top of that Aspire can provide job descriptions, interview questions and even provide assistance on the day of an interview by being on the interview panel if required.

Aspire has worked with schools to develop an apprenticeship training programme that meets the needs of the modern school. School Apprenticeships have multi-faceted benefits as they attract new and enthusiastic people to the sector, up-skill current workforces and replace those who leave or retire.
