Management

As a Manager or Supervisor Apprentice in any type of industry, you would manage a team of staff and help to organise their workload.

You could manage one person or a team of people in a variety of different places from offices to factories.

Potential Duties

  • Planning workloads and rotas
  • Allocating tasks to team members
  • Handling problems or complaints
  • Briefing teams on targets, initiatives and policy changes
  • Coaching and training staff
  • Monitoring and reporting on team performance
  • Carrying out appraisals
  • Completing relevant paperwork
  • Keeping up to date with regulations

Qualification Gained

  • Level 2 BTEC in Team Leading
  • Level 3 BTEC Diploma in Management
  • Level 4 BTEC Diploma in Management
  • Level 5 BTEC Diploma in Management
