Once you have submitted your enrolment form, please allow up to 3 working days for it to be fully processed and for our MIS Team to get in touch with you.

All of our courses are 6 weeks long. We currently have one face-to-face group based in Liverpool. All our other groups operate online.

Our courses are full-time programmes and we strive for 100% attendance. The teaching and learning webinars typically take place from 9:30am-11:30am, 12:30pm-2pm, and 4-4:30pm.

When you enrol with us, you will complete a set of initial assessments to determine which programme level you are best suited to. However, if you are placed on the Level 1 or 2 programme and hope to progress onto the next level(s), we always support our learners to progress as far as possible with us subject to eligibility and funding!

Yes! All of our learners are invited to attend a Careers Session during the course in which you can meet with employers in your area as well as The National Careers Service.

Certificates can take up to 12-weeks to arrive.
